Weddings & Private Events 
  • The Barnes Museum is an exclusive rental experience. The museum hosts only one event at a time to ensure your event details can be our highest priority. 
  • Our grounds can comfortably accommodate 160 guests for dinner and dancing. 
  • The historic Bradley home can comfortable accommodate 35 guests for indoor dining. 
  • The historic Bradley home is utilized as a bridal/groom suite during your event and staging area for pictures. 
  • Clients can choose to select a caterer, florist, and more from our exclusive list of local partners. 
  • Museum staff and event personnel will be present to oversee your event. ​

Rates at a Glance
3‐hour minimum
Weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. $75 per hour
Weekend hours or weekday evenings after 5:00 p.m. $175 per hour
**There is a $100 Deposit Fee due upon booking. 

Rent Directly From Us 
The Barnes Museum can provide one rental tent and tables/chairs to accommodate 50 guests. 
Party Tent Rental - $65 per hour 
Chair & Table Rental - $50 per hour 
Table Setting Rental (forks, plates, knives, spoons, etc.) - $50 and hour
